Here at ZitaYoga our number one rule is to take time for yourself...
Our classes are of mixed ability, so you can join in at any level.
Your first session is on us,....
yes you heard right completely free to see if yoga is for you!
We practice Sivananda yoga, which takes you through the 12 basic asanas with relaxation at the end of every session (we don't mind if you fall asleep)
Blocks and belts are provided however please do bring your own mats and blankets.
